"The Welcoming" is a 36x48" acrylic painting on canvas by Anishinaabe artist Mike Alexander. It was painted in 2023.
 
It was recently part of the My Heritatge group exhibition at the Aldergrove Kinsmen Community Center in Aldergrove, BC from February 2nd - March 13th.
